The Perlage di Tartufo by Tartuflanghe is truly extraordinary! It is produced using only the juice of the best black truffle, which is obtained through direct extraction from the truffle itself during its cooking.
This very tasty juice is then “spherified” using a very sophisticated technique, meaning it is transformed into small spheres or pearls with a truffle taste.
The first product of the perlage line, the truffle perlage is born from the passion and experience of Tartuflanghe to enrich the catalog of products dedicated to the Horeca channel.
