The Lugana DOC is obtained through a short maceration on the skins and a gentle pressing, which preserve the delicacy of the aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) to maintain the organoleptic characteristics. The wine is then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal stability. Bottling occurs in a sterile vacuum line, ensuring maximum quality and integrity of the final product.

The Lugana DOC presents itself with a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers an intense aroma, enriched by notes of dried fruit, citrus, and peach. On the palate, it stands out for its soft and elegant flavor, characterized by a balanced saltiness and a mineral finish that enhances its complexity.
It is excellent for pairing with first courses, white meat second courses, and is ideal with sea or lake fish.
