Fontana Bio's courgettes are cultivated close to the floodplain plots of the Adige River. Sands, clays, and stones that have mixed over the millennia. A very airy climate that prevents the stagnation of excess humidity and therefore the necessity for unnatural treatments. Here, Bio production is a fate as well as a choice. The courgettes have a very compact texture, which improves their suitability for the preparation of tasty and aromatic creams.

Dit is een bijzonder compacte courgettecrème en kan daarom op verschillende manieren worden gebruikt. Aan de ene kant geweldig voor crostini, misschien een beetje geroosterd en met knoflook ingewreven. Of voor een Midden-Europees mengsel, als vulling voor vegan tacos en burrito's. Ook interessant voor het op smaak brengen van vegetarische pasta en risotto. We raden het ook aan voor het vullen van hartige taarten en panzerotti met groenten.
