The American Pale Ale beer (in acronym APA) is one of the most widespread styles in the world, born thanks to the insights of American brewers who started using American hops.
Characteristics of this beer: amber color, good amount of foam, enveloping and spicy aroma, notes of caramel and toasting, citrusy and bitter taste, good carbonation (that is the bubbles, what for wine is the "parlage"), medium-content alcohol level.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast and sugar.
