It's' always a great joy to arrive at this event, or rather “The Fair” of &' Italian excellence.
Quest&' a year scarce in foreign buyers (I think they'll be back hunting for delicacies for half a year), but rich as usual

in food and non-food news.

Taste Florence 2022: the favorites

I'll start with no number 1: in the news, in my opinion, l&' TOOA won, not only ice cream from Fabriano (AN).

Who will be more successful in the future, with the most widespread consumption: All In on Wilden Herbals, super fermented infusions and soft drinks from Milan.

Gola e charme I choose Grimaldi: elegant and highly pleasant products based on Giffoni hazelnuts

Jam: Fruttanuda di Monte Porzio Catone (RM) wins hands down.

Another delicacy&' for chestnut lovers: Leopoldina di Sorano (GR).

Cool? Actually figs? The excellences of Santomiele del Cilento... chapeau

Miele quest&' the year that of &' Giorgio Poeta of Ancona surprised me.

I end up with a cookie (Cantucci), fascinated by Beauty and when you say “I eat it with my eyes” HERE IT IS!

Lo Sfizio di Montelupo Fiorentino (FI) Japan-Italy.

Flatbread? No! This time a super Crescia di Urbino, with a peppery pastry... dreamy.

Let's move on to fish: Trout and products from the Nera river of the Sibillini mountains, very but very good from Cherubini di Visso (MC).

Salmon the 'Classic' from &' Coda Nera company.

What about Luigi Guffanti's cheese selection, l&' cheese farmer? Top as always.

I finish my food with Fratepietro's Pugliesi, with succulent products and a &' Bella di Cerignola Nera olive d&' immense harmony.

Enjoy an original Tuscan Cigar that has just been masterfully executed.

At the Awards ceremony organized by the Chocolate Company, I tasted the Tops, and I must admit that even large companies are able to create products of the highest level, now I'm ordering them!

P.S. I relaxed with a San Gabriel hemp beer in Ponte di Piave, and then with the Fine Beer of Via dei Birrai 32.

Finally, in &' go shopping at the store, fresh and not at reasonable prices.
