All the energy of autumn.

Yes, the sun is beautiful, summer fills us with life, and spring brings us back to life.
But autumn… a season where nature begins to gather and prepare for winter. The earth concentrates all its sweetest scents and imparts them to fruits and vegetables as a legacy of the sun.

First the potatoes and the pumpkins, then the walnuts and finally the chestnuts. The gardens begin to teem with broccoli and cabbages, red and variegated radicchio. These are intense aromas that emanate from deep within the earth. Soft emotions tell the story of the dew sparkling and the gentle warmth of the earth as it awakens.

We have chosen them in an enchanted valley, off the more frequented circuits, along the path of an ancient stream that springs from the walls of the great Monviso. These are lands that face the Alps, mingled with porphyry stones, marl clays, and fine sands of the banks. Here the potatoes offer very particular aromatic sensations, with a sweetness that evokes emotions, especially when used at the table for simple dishes like gnocchi or alongside roasts.
The pumpkins are orange, firm, sweet, and aromatic. They slowly ripen and the cold keeps them healthy and intact over time for elegant veloutés and delightful risottos with the ancestral flavor of time.
The walnuts are small and flavorful, like those typical of our Piedmontese lands. Great for desserts, for crumbles on ice cream, and to snack on in front of a fireplace with a nice glass of red wine.
The chestnuts are ancient delights that grow on centuries-old chestnut trees where time has stopped. Not too big, nor too small. A size that enhances their pleasantness and sweetness. In all of this, the passion of a family and young people who have chosen the land to put it into practice.
