Autumn is time for homemade bread.

Have you started to light the fireplace or the stove? Are the radiators still cold? Well, we are on the threshold of November and the weather is getting colder.

We recommend a very “good” method to fragrance and warm your home… let’s prepare an excellent bread together! And maybe let’s make it organic so it’s even more “good.” We suggest using our flours from the Antico Molino Rosso, among the best Italian producers of organic flour.
 

[ Organic Soft Wheat Bread Bites ]
 

Ingredients

Aida Type I Organic Soft Wheat Flour 500g
water 300g
organic dried sourdough 20g
salt 10g
extra virgin olive oil 10g
 

Let’s prepare them together

Mix all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes, until you create a rough dough.
Let it rest for 10 minutes and then continue kneading until you achieve a smooth, well-formed dough. If necessary, use a little additional flour.
Let it rise for 40 minutes in a warm place, divide into portions of 80 grams, and shape into balls. 
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise until doubled in size. Bake in the oven at 240°C for about 20-25 minutes.
