Bellini aperitif. Peaches and prosecco!

We propose an ideal recipe with Pescantina peaches to make a great Venetian Bellini aperitif, which we will prepare with an excellent Valdobbiadene Prosecco.

 

Bellini Aperitif with Pescantina Yellow Peaches

 
The recipe we propose is for 8 people and requires the following ingredients.
3 Pescantina yellow peaches
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 bottle of Valdobbiadene Prosecco
 

How do you prepare the Bellini?

Blanch the peaches in boiling water for about 2 minutes and then peel them. Cut them into wedges and blend them with a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Pour the puree into a glass pitcher and gently add the very cold prosecco while mixing. Add a leaf of wild mint to the glass and serve. Enjoy!
