Fontana Bio is the family-run company of Erica Fontana, an architect by training and a grower by passion. It is located on the banks of the Adige River, near Pescantina: from here, in the unspoiled nature, come the organic peaches used for Fontana Bio's preserves and jams.

But there is more: the new delights, the result of Erica's ingenuity and skilled hands, who has created the exclusive recipes and supervised the artisanal preparation, are now available on our site: from the organic peach jam with agave syrup, simple and tasty, to the original jam of percoche and lemon balm, up to the delightful recipe of the percoche jam, enriched with almond sticks and organic grappa.
These jams are all prepared using the special technique of cold drying: a novelty for Fontana Bio products, a process that does not involve the addition of sugars, to offer consumers a 100% natural taste and wellness experience.

Among the new products, we also have canned peaches in cane sugar, a classic from the world of preserves; canned pears in wine, spiced and prepared in the unusual white wine variant; apple jam with caramelized orange peels and cinnamon, and the more rustic variant without apples; the lemon and apple jam, a balance of freshness and flavors; the grapefruit and pear jam, which combines the bitterness of grapefruit with the sweetness of pear; the organic orange jam and the orange and ginger jam, ideal for the wellness and energy of winter breakfasts, up to the apple and sultana grape jam, a piece of tradition to enjoy on bread during the colder evenings.

All the jams feature fruit in pieces, contain no pectin or preservatives, and are ideal for filling sweets and tarts. A tip to enjoy them even more? Discover them paired with savory dishes: from white meats to aged cheeses, from fried pastry to sautéed shrimp.
