The Lugana DOC is obtained through a short maceration on the skins and a gentle pressing, which preserve the delicacy of the aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) to maintain the organoleptic characteristics. The wine is then stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal stability. Bottling occurs in a sterile vacuum line, ensuring maximum quality and integrity of the final product.
