Did you know that in summer, in particular, cheeses can be better appreciated when paired with fruit?
Figs, apricots, peaches, apples, grapes, cherries, plums, etc... Along with fresh fruit, dried and dehydrated fruit can also be enjoyed.

So on a cheese board, never forget to arrange some fruit scattered in chunks. Besides enriching your board with color and summer scents, it will allow you to play and have fun with flavors. Before trying jams, which sometimes overpower the natural flavors of the cheeses, it's better to start with fresh fruit.
Ah, we almost forgot the small fruits… excellent on fresh creamy cheeses, ricottas, stracchini, Casatelle Trevigniane DOP, fresh and creamy goat cheeses.
