L&' Bosco Nestore company was founded by Giovanni Bosco, who in 1897 started his activity as a viticulturist on the “hills in love” of &' then the city of Castellamare Adriatica, which only in 1926 would have become Pescara. With tenacity and a lot of passion, he managed to obtain that red wine, with intense aromas and a velvety taste that would be known in the following century all over the world as “Montepulciano d&' Abruzzo
”.
Starting in 1968, with the recognition of the D.O.C Montepulciano d&' Abruzzo, Bosco wine became famous all over the world thanks to the historic label designed by Nestore himself, a label that over time, although renewed, continues to identify the quality of Montepulciano d&' Abruzzo, awarded countless awards over the years.
