The Valle dell'Acate winery was founded at the initiative of the Jacono family (Giuseppe Jacono), who have always been dedicated to viticulture and wine production since Vittoria was the most active Sicilian center for the export of wine destined for the French market at the end of the 19th century. Since then, this vocation has been cherished and passed down over time, with the desire to perfect and promote their production internationally.
Built on this heritage, Valle dell'Acate has specialized in the cultivation of the finest and most robust native grape varieties that grow in these lands, thus managing to produce great wines, including the pride of Sicilian wine production, the Cerasuolo di Vittoria D.O.C.G.
