Telaragna is a project that gathers the experience, creativity, competence, and enthusiasm of four founders.
Of these four founders, three are agricultural companies and one is a social cooperative: Semi di Sole di Tortella Monica, Società Agricola Fattoria Casa Miadi Zampini Giovanni, Società Agricola Puntorosso di Perini Pietro and Cooperativa Sociale Agespha.
Telaragna: the birth of a socially engaged reality
Telaragna was born on May 21, 2019, but the journey towards the network enterprise Telaragna began a few years earlier, when the Cooperativa Agespha wanted to boost the range of services for disabilities; this led them to venture into the world of social agriculture, training staff and starting a practical laboratory experiment in agriculture with adults with moderate/mild disabilities. All this with the support of some realities such as the Agricultural Company Fattoria Casa Mia of Giovanni Zampini.
The excellent relationship established and subsequently the collaboration solidified the relationship between the Cooperative and the Company, making the transition to Telaragna natural.
The other realities that subsequently joined Telaragna are the company Puntorosso of Pietro Perini, who brought his expertise as an agronomist and a passion for red fruits, and the company Semi di Sole of Tortella Monica, which shares with the Cooperativa Agespha the cultivation of small fruits and a passion for bees and Garda DOP oil, as well as sensitivity in the social sphere.
Telaragna was born precisely for this, for the authentic relationship that binds the protagonists of this adventure, who firmly believe that the land can give quality products if respected; the common goal is to have a work orientation that lays the foundations in a context of opportunities and second chances.
Telaragna has an approach that seeks to unite respect in the processing of the raw material with an investment in human resources, seen as added value if these are supported in the right way and encouraged to believe in their own potential.
Telaragna: products that tell of a close bond with the land
Telaragna has a strong relationship with the land of origin, so much so that it prefers the proximity of cultivated land to the places of residence of the people who work there.
This derives from the great importance that the company attributes to the knowledge of the area, what it can offer, and, above all, the feeling of "feeling at home" that strengthens the bond with the context.
All this culminates in products infused with the awareness of belonging to a much broader process, which also includes personal growth.
