If you're short on time, it's ideal to serve cured meats and cheeses, and you can find plenty of them on our website. 

For cheeses, you can choose from various selections of goat cheeses, blue cheeses, fresh cheeses, or aged cheeses: from Parmigiano Reggiano aged up to 50 months to Bagoss, from Castelmagno Dop to Chiusello goat cheese, from Monte Veronese to Bastardo del Grappa di Alpeggio. And if someone is lactose intolerant, no problem: we also have a delightful range of exquisite lactose-free cheeses of the best quality! As for the cured meats, your Christmas menu also couldn't be more varied: we have indeed numerous types of cured meats linked to different cultures and traditions, created from very different cuts of meat and following recipes that are now centuries old. You can choose between Prosciutto di Parma DOP or San Daniele DOP; the Culatello, a very prestigious salami typical of Emilia-Romagna; or the salami, the quintessential Italian cured meat.


Christmas First Courses

If you have little time to devote to the preparation of the first course, delight your guests' palates with some easy and tasty recipes that can please everyone at the table.
