It is made from 100% Italian pork, does not contain milk derivatives, gluten-free, and without added sugars.

Controlled supply chain

Salumificio Pedrazzoli is one of the few producers of cured meats in Italy with a closed-loop supply chain. From the feed for the animals to the final cotechino: everything is produced by internal agricultural companies owned by the Pedrazzoli family, which ensures a very tight supply chain control and the high quality of the resulting product.
