Caseificio Montrone: famous for fiordilatte

Montrone is the reference cheese factory in Andria for the production of mozzarella in the pure Apulian style, fiordilatte, and braided. Today, part of the milk is sourced from the best farms in Trentino and is processed according to the oldest Apulian tradition of spinning and making mozzarella. The Fiordilatte from Montrone is one of the most recognized products of its region.
