I Sapori del Portico: scopri i prodotti

We are delighted to finally host one of the most interesting cheese refiners in the country: Giuseppe Bernardinelli, a simple man, full of passion and experience in the field of cheese refining. His is an art matured over time in the caves of Father Andreino, in Valpolicella in Verona, where colorful molds adorned works of art in mountain huts and mountain stables. A fascinating and timeless technique that distinguished many inhabitants of the Verona hills. An ancient territory among vineyards, olive trees and cypresses that still adorn the sweet landscapes of these places today. A historic Valpolicella, perched up to the first Prealps, the Little Dolomites, the Lessini Mountains. Plateaus ideal for the production of large milk for tasty and creamy tomatoes that are still obtained today from those flowery pastures.

The Flavors of the Portico and the compendium of culture, history and tradition

Giuseppe Bernardinelli is today being chased by illustrious chefs and gourmets from all over Italy for the creativity of his works of art and for the pleasantness of the combinations he knows how to create. Cheeses that combine fruit, flowers, and aromatic and field herbs. A compendium of culture, history and tradition that Giuseppe himself went through in his life and that today translates into a cheese flake or a spicy cheese cream. Bruno Barbieri, a famous cook and television personality, was one of his first ambassadors and cult magazines such as Gambero Rosso praised his art and technique. Today the creations of Sapori del Portico, his brand, are all here in Spaghetti & Mandolino, making ours one of the most prestigious cheese selections on the net. Giuseppe and his son Marco will cut delicious pieces of cheese for you, placing them in vacuum conditions and a conditioned atmosphere to guarantee maximum freshness and integrity of the product. You will have the opportunity to range from tomatoes refined in family caves, seasoned among white marl stones, the prestigious subsoil of ancient Valpolicella, to refined blue wines and small gourmet creations that will leave you speechless, excellent cheeses for unforgettable evenings and

platters of rare pleasure.
