Fortulla Toscana

The Fortulla vineyards are surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean scrub. This piece of Tuscany Coast is characterized by holm oaks, junipers, strawberry trees, eucalyptus, brambles, rosemary, and many other bushes. There are no nearby businesses to their vineyards, just the scrub, making their choice of organic farming more genuine and truly in harmony with nature. The sea breeze keeps their grapes always dry, and the height of the surrounding scrub helps create an ideal microclimate for their vineyards.
 
The choice of grape varieties has been dictated by their terroir and climate to produce excellent wines, rich in fruit, sun, and balanced while always respecting the characteristics of their grape varieties. Their viticulture is practically all done by hand, respecting nature and its fruits, all the way to the final step of the harvest.
