Lemon Honey

Honey is a complete food with characteristic organoleptic qualities that cannot be missing from our pantry, as it is a true gift of nature and a natural sweetener.
In particular, lemon honey is produced by bees from zagara, a term used to refer to the flower of the lemon tree, but also of the orange and bergamot trees. 

It appears with a very light coloration that leans towards straw yellow. It tends to crystallize spontaneously a few months after being extracted, taking on a color that tends towards beige. 

The underlying scent is floral, reminiscent of the smell of lemon flowers, and citrusy notes are released on the palate, slightly acidic, with a particularly fruity aroma.

Lemon honey is rich in properties: in addition to being rich in nutrients, it has a very high amount of vitamin C, making it perfect for the winter seasons.
