Created to celebrate the four hundred years of activity of the Giusti vinegar factory, this limited edition of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP 4 Gold Medals "Quarto Centenario" is obtained from superior quality grapes, aged in batteries of barrels from the 1800s, which are essential in determining its flavor and aroma.
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena by Giuseppe Giusti is the result of the meticulous adherence to recipes handed down and tested by family members, who have been managing the vinegar cellars since their establishment in 1605.
The slow aging in the barrel completes the work and is the architect of the main characteristics of this product; time, in fact, ensures the emergence of the sweet-and-sour balance in flavor, the typical balsamic aromatic essence, and the deep, shiny brown coloration that characterize it.

Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP 4 Gold Medals "Quarto Centenario" is ideal for accompanying first courses with meat sauce, aged and flavorful cheeses, fondues, fruit, and desserts.
It can also be enjoyed on its own at the end of a meal, to fully appreciate its aromatic notes.
On the nose, it evokes typical aromas of ripe fruit, mingled with delicate notes of tobacco, roasted coffee, and aged wood.
