The Barbera NatoBio is a DOC organic wine from the Colli Piacentini made with 100% Barbera grapes grown strictly following the directives for organic productions.
Every phase of production is attended to in the smallest details, from the gentle pressing of the grapes to fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with indigenous and selected yeasts.
The result is a deep ruby red wine with purple highlights, an intense fruity aroma with hints of blueberry and cherry jam.
Thanks to its structure and enveloping elegance, this Barbera matches perfectly with dishes that have strong flavors, from appetizers to main courses, as well as grilled meats, game, and even aged cheeses. It is a must-try with gnocchetti del vignaiolo with sausage and porcini mushrooms.
