The Salume Bio Milano for slicing (here in the 2.5 Kg version) from the Salumificio Pedrazzoli is one of the most renowned Italian cured meats of the traditional pork butchery. Its origins date back to the Renaissance period.
It is a cured meat made only from carefully measured and selected pork, ground to a "rice grain" consistency and flavored with salt, black pepper, white pepper, and fresh garlic.
Its texture when sliced is tender and delicate, its color is ruby red, and the aroma it releases is strong and harmonious.
 
The Salame Milano from the BIO line is preservative-free, gluten-free, free from milk flour, and is produced in a completely integrated supply chain.
