Jolanda de Colò: from a small liver goose farm to over 2,000 products

Jolanda de Colò is the brand of Italian excellence. A Friulian reality that was born in 1976, when Mrs. Alana created a goose farm, reviving an ancient peasant activity of Friuli.


Tireless work and passion have brought to life a facility of over 5,000 square meters, where more than 2,000 qualitatively superior food specialties are processed, which are still a must on the most prestigious tables not only in Italy. A series of performances driven by a manic attention to quality, raw materials, and techniques for refining and processing meats.

More than 45 years have passed since the first cured meats and foie gras, but creativity and the continuous search for new products of high quality have remained the true identity of the company, a brand that continues to inspire the De Colò family to explore uncharted paths that have aided the emergence of Italian creative cuisine.


A 360-degree controlled production

Another strong point of the company is the total control of the production chain, from processing to the final packaging of all food proposals, which ensures the high-quality standard of the regional specialties offered by the company, especially goose and duck meats.


Today Jolanda de Colò remains the most important brand for white meats but has also ventured into noble cured meats of the highest quality such as Spanish pata negra and excellent Friulian cured meats.
