DolceArea is a young startup from Turin that involves two entrepreneurs from Turin and a manager, with the advice of professors from the Bologna Business School. An idea that is built on the foundations of a historic pastry shop from Turin and aims to bring the sweet culture of the city of the Mole and beyond, to the whole world.
