Il Mattarello

The products of the patisserie Il Mattarello, located in a small village at the foot of the Majella called Campo di Giove, are genuine and made according to the ancient recipes of Abruzzo's pastry tradition. The process is carefully managed from production to packaging. Everything is done by hand. The patisserie is constantly committed to sourcing quality ingredients to ensure a product that is always genuine and of high quality. 

Products like the Dolce del Vescovo and the ancient Biscottone Abruzzese fully reflect the tradition of their territory: products that were once made by peasant women to sweeten the daily toil of the past. The tartlets and pockets filled with sour cherries and apricots are made with 70% fruit jams.
