In the south of the Marche region, on a gentle hillside of the Tronto Valley stands the town of Acquaviva Picena, whose 14th-century fortress is a well-known historical and tourist attraction. Nestled in the surrounding lush countryside framed by the Sibillini mountains to the southwest and the Adriatic Sea to the east is the Cherri d'Acquaviva Winery.

The winery boasts a nearly century-long history of passionate production of top quality wines. Paolo currently manages and coordinates the company, representing the third generation after his father Pasquale and his uncle Emidio. The excellent meeting point between sea breezes and temperature variations of the Apennines contribute to a terroir that allows for the production of truly exclusive wines.
