The Moon of the Casale offers organic farming products: wine from the Colli Lanuvini, with low yields for the highest quality while respecting the characteristics of the territory. Extra virgin olive oil, made from hand-picked olives and cold-pressed.

Moon, for the ancient Latins, was the goddess of the celestial body that illuminates the night and, through its phases, marks the rhythm of women's fertility and the harvest. The Moon, shining calmly and knowingly over the lands, takes care along with the owners of the vines and olive trees from which they then produce oils and wines that embody the excellence of passion.
