Helped by a land that is incredibly fertile and generous, the Zanasi winery offers wines from a time when genuineness and simplicity are still triumphant. Wines that tell the flavor of a countryside snack, made of homemade bread, salami, or farm cheeses.
Only by vinifying the grapes directly produced by them, following tradition and with constant control of the entire wine cycle, from the care of the vine rows, to the harvest, up to vinification, storage, aging, and bottling (with an isobaric machine), can the Zanasi wines be obtained.
