Taralli have a long tradition in the Italian territory, produced mostly in Puglia but with a tradition that sees other Italian regions such as Campania, Basilicata and Sicily. Although in the Neapolitan area it is thought that the tarallo has its origins in that region, the legends about its first appearance are actually many, therefore present in several regions. The Bufis Bakery has taken up typical traditional flavors and mixed them to create unique and typical products of Puglia
