SuccuLento

Requested by chefs, restaurateurs, and individuals, the products of the SuccuLento range are made by Garda Gourmet, a company specialized in providing high-level semi-finished products for culinary preparations in the HoReCa sector (and beyond): mainly active in the provinces of Brescia, Verona, and Bergamo, the company collaborates with a wide network of producers, including La Collina Ortofrutta, La Collina Bio, Garda Mater, and La Patata del Garda.

The focus of this project is fruit and vegetable production, for which vegetables and fruits are selected from organic farming (predominantly): the raw materials are then processed to package products without the addition of preservatives or colorants, genuine, delicious, and made with passion.

Where does SuccuLento come from?

The founders of Garda Gourmet, the company that created SuccuLento, are Damiano Costelli, responsible for the commercial sector and taste researcher, Carlo Noventa, a chef with experience in starred restaurants both in Italy and abroad, and Salvatore Ferrante, owner of the farm "La Collina Bio." Together, they started this virtuous reality, friend of the environment and quality, whose products can be conveniently purchased from home or tasted on-site in Padenghe sul Garda (BS), where Garda Gourmet has its physical headquarters.

“SuccuLento” is the retail line of the company, designed for families, tourists, and for the most demanding palates of those who are not satisfied with common GDO: here are the red onions in Merlot, the semi-dry confit datterini caramelized in a dehydrator for 18 hours at 40°C, the barricaded giardiniera in aged Lugana vinegar, or the puntarelle with extra virgin olive oil, to pair with irresistible platters of cold cuts or to use directly on bread crostini.

SuccuLento, the goodness around the corner

By etymology, the meaning of “succulent” is “rich in juice,” but also in taste and flavor. The brine used for the oil and vinegar products of this range is indeed a sample of aromas and fragrant notes, a treat for the basic ingredients: in addition to the excellences contained in the jar, SuccuLento also proposes special collaborations to highlight its delicacies, inviting chefs like Andrea Mainardi to attest to the goodness of the preparations made.
