The cooperative guarantees that its products are made with freshly milked milk, coming exclusively from the stables of its members, in full compliance with all health regulations.
The buffalo found its natural habitat especially in the Mediterranean climate of southern Italy. It concentrated in the plains rich in swamps and marshes, such as the plain of the Sele River in Campania.
Recently, the Piana di Paestum has been reclaimed, but the coexistence of the buffalo has been maintained.
Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, a cheese with Protected Designation of Origin, and ricotta made from buffalo milk whey are produced naturally, authentically, without preservatives, very nutritious, and easily digestible.
The cooperative's processing method still retains artisanal rhythms and gestures.
