As always, to enjoy a glass, you need l&' opportunity: today we want to exaggerate with l&' imagination. So here we are on the beach in front of the sea or in the garden with friends or in the kitchen (with l&' air conditioning) preparing a midsummer dinner together.
I imagine outside the gazebo reflecting the light a little' pink, the table already set, the lights a little' gipsy.
Opportunity created, what to choose as an aperitif? A bubble? A classic spritz? A Gin Tonic?

Today we chose the Hugo spritz (Spritz Hugo recipe and story) so in order: cold glass, elderberry syrup (20ml), 3 or 4 ice cubes, prosecco (150ml), (soda if we want to extend it) and peppermint (3/4 leaves). Of course, for every glass.
