One of the most ancestral and fascinating places in the Veneto Alps. In the municipality of Seren, on the Dolomites of Grappa, the Speloncia is an ancient stone dairy still with its thatched roof and shrubs. A fantastic place restored by Denis Secco, who has made it the headquarters for the production of ancient high-altitude cheeses typical of Grappa.

The Morlacco, the Bastardo, the Schiz, and the heart protected by the utility patent. The ancient dairy still includes the stable, the Casón da fogo, the Cesarin, and the Fojarol where the cheese maker resides. These areas touch the naturalistic ring of Grappa that takes us into the theater of the Great War.
