We are located in one of the southernmost areas of Trentino Alto Adige, at the border with Veneto. Green and unspoiled valleys with flowering pastures that offer milk of the highest quality. Folgaria and Lavarone are two renowned locations also for their beneficial properties of the waters and the healthy air.

A dairy: a grand Vezzena

The merger of the two dairies of Folgaria and Lavarone has given rise to this Dairy where the king is undoubtedly the Vezzena, a hard cheese, yellow in color and rich in beta-carotene, a distinctive element brought by the flowers in the milk. On Spaghetti&Mandolino, we have favored the three-year aged stravecchio. A rarity, a complex product, rich in aromas and fragrances. One of the largest Italian hard cheeses. Bruna Alpina and Grigio Alpina cows for a slightly spicy cheese, ideal also for grating.
