L&' Cleopatra Farm is the daughter of the passion for nature of a girl from Brescia, Laura Moleri, who moved to Sardinia to cultivate saffron, legumes and other aromatic herbs together with her Sardinian boyfriend Alessandro. In addition to &' love for the earth, the other ingredients that make this company a reality of excellence are the sun and the wind of Sardinia, the quality of the soil and the saltiness of the sea that bathes this magnificent island and that

the story

We are in San Gavino Monreale, in Sardinia, in the middle of the Campidano plain, with its beautiful climate and its slightly wild nature. In this area, the balance between the excellent microclimatic conditions, the perfect mineral composition of the soil and the high underground humidity give life to the highest quality products. L&' company combines the skills of both Laura and Alessandro: a real return to nature by two young people who said no to consumerism, globalization and the chaotic life of cities. After a long apprenticeship in other fields, the two boys in their early thirties have returned to believing in something truly possible: cultivating the land to obtain healthy and genuine products, while respecting seasonality and traditions. The Cleopatra Farm takes its name from Cleopatra, the young couple's first little dog, a true lover of nature with a big heart: now that she's gone, Laura wanted to pay homage to her by carrying on her name with honor!


Saffron of the highest quality

Laura and Alessandro are direct growers of top quality saffron, using ancient organic methods and working it entirely by hand to respect the purity of the product. Saffron is cultivated in Masoni Frigau: in 1206 the border between Giudicato D& #39 passed there; Arborea and that of Cagliari, and there were military forts and important monarchical customs buildings. L&' Azienda Agricola Cleopatra is also working to recover land abandoned for 10 years, thus bringing added value. In addition to saffron, many other plant species are cultivated such as oregano, sage, nettle, thyme and borage. In addition, many types of legumes that in Sardinia are the flower all&' eyelet!
