Opere di Latte is a family-run business located in Monticelli Terme, a suburb of the municipality of Montechiarugolo in the province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna. This excellence can boast a thirty-year experience in the dairy field thanks to the initial work of the head of the family Umberto Zizza, master cheesemaker of Parmigiano Reggiano. Over the years, the work of the dairy has also involved the children, who have been instilled with the desire to pass down while continuously renewing the traditions that guide the magical transformation that milk undergoes to become Parmigiano.
