L'Artigiano della 'Nduja is a family-run company founded in 2002 that involved Luigi Caccamo as sole director, as well as an authoritative figure of creative thought for the realization of this long-awaited and dreamed project. As the administrator himself says, “business familiarity is an essential condition to guarantee the originality and genuineness of the product.” From this dream, now realized, came a vision and a mission that provide the company with that pinch of originality that makes it unique in its kind, and that keeps high the values of genuineness and originality of &' Nduja and which has stood out for its ability to bring the typical characteristics of the Calabria region outside of Italy.

The Foreign Press awarded Luigi Caccamo in Rome in 2015 with this motivation: “The Caccamo company has been awarded as an emblem of that new image that Calabria needs. And it is, among other things, the first time that the Foreign Press award goes to the region that, unfortunately, is most often mentioned in the pages of the news about organized crime.” Of his magnificent product, during that award night, it was said: “Many produce the 'Nduja but those who have not tasted the one from Spilinga cannot realize the value of the original. With respect for traditions, Caccamo has managed to give 'nduja an international visibility, the award goes to him not only because he is one of the best producers of Spilinga but also for his modern factory attentive to hygiene and the quality of the ingredients.”

The 'Nduja produced by Luigi Caccamo comes in different variations, which are distinguished from each other by its format and packaging, it is produced with strictly local pork and chilli, without the addition of preservatives and the processing takes place in Spilinga.
