Ai Galli: tireless passion and commitment

The Ai Galli Winery was founded around the 70s and develops between the borders of Veneto and Friuli Venezia-Giulia, the cradle of a Terroir highly suited to the cultivation of vines since ancient Roman times.

Passion, research, dedication and respect for traditions: these are the fundamental values pursued by Ai Galli Company since its inception.
Born from a deep love for its land and driven by an unconditional passion for wine and for its work, the Ai Galli winery can currently count on a vineyard area that covers a total of about sixty hectares, located in the eastern area of Veneto, and falling within the territory of the controlled denomination of origin “Venice-Lison-Pramaggiore”.

For over forty years, a single real objective: the search for excellence in wine, through the creation of products that reflect the noblest values of elegance, balance and respect for typicality.

The Ai Galli Winery is renewed and reinforced daily in the constant commitment made, in the undisputed territoriality of the wines produced, in the never satisfied desire to grow and improve.

The heritage and knowledge of Cantina flow into everyday work with great personality and consistency, creating a unique oenological identity in the territory. This philosophy leads us to think of the Winery as the place where the knowledge, experiences and the oldest traditions of the transformation of grapes into wine are preserved, which combined with the most modern technologies guarantee the highest quality yield

Ai Galli: wine born of a unique Terroir

The Ai Galli winery is immersed in &' harmony of a landscape shaped by viticulture is developed on the more than sixty hectares of vineyards, cultivated with every care, in respect of the rhythms that nature imposes.

The uniqueness of the Terroir of &' Ai Galli Wine Estate stems from the perfect union between the ideal soil and climate characteristics for the cultivation of vines and the precious human value handed down for decades. An indissoluble bond between Earth and Man, capable of bringing to light great wines, interpreters of a unique style in the search for perfect balance.

The vines grow on clay soils, rich in minerals, characterized by a thin surface layer of calcium carbonate, called Caranto. Exposure to the winds creates a clear temperature range between day and night that allows the fruits of the vineyard to ripen perfectly.

L&' Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Ai Galli carries out with the utmost attention all the processes of transformation of the raw material, from fermentation processes to those of maturation and refinement. The careful selection process upon arrival at the winery enhances the concept of a single vineyard, “Cru”, maximizing the expression of typicality.
 

This careful and meticulous processing allows us to enjoy wines with a particular organoleptic balance: from Pinot Grigio to Sauvignon, from Chardonnay to Verduzzo, we move on to reds, such as Cabernet, Merlot, Refosco and Malbech, to close with sparkling wines and sparkling wines.
