“We work with great passion so that Conegliano has the same prestige as Reims, Valdobbiadene the same charm as Epernay and Prosecco the same notoriety as Champagne.”
This is how Gianluca Bisol, son of Antonio Bisol, describes the work of the family winery famous over the centuries for its innate love for the land and its fruits.
first testimonies can be found as early as the 16th century and attest to the presence of the Bisol family in the historic heart of the Prosecco production area, or the territory called "Chartice “, l&' the current very prestigious hill of Cartizze.
There are five centuries of history through which a family story spanning 21 generations unfolds and all have in common l&' love for the territory and for wine
.
Eliseo Bisol had to face the difficulties brought by the First World War, and was forced to temporarily stop the small but thriving business that he had set up at &' beginning of the century. The blockade of &' activity was due to the location of the territory of Valdobbiadene, exactly on the border that opposed the &' Austro-Hungarian army to the Italian army.
In the mid-1920s, the family's wine business regained its energy, regaining strength thanks to Desiderio Bisol, Eliseo's son. #39
Nicknamed Jeio by his wife, after World War II, Desiderio set out to find the best land to buy in the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, to give his wines the characteristics of those territories.
Jeio then entrusted his children with the different business roles: to Antonio l&' administration, to Eliseo the oenological part, to Aurelio the vineyards and to Claudio the general management of &' company.
For all the generations that have followed one another, the earth has always been at the center of &' attention. L&' Conegliano Valdobbiadene area is the chosen territory for Prosecco Superiore and includes 15 hilly municipalities of &' the Treviso brand. This area is characterized by the generosity of the land, but very difficult to work with due to the shape of its hills. The soils are steep and the winemakers work by hand in the vineyards with strength and effort.
The hills are located between the Adriatic Sea and the Dolomites and this position guarantees an exceptional microclimate: constant ventilation, perfect sun exposure and the right temperature range.
All these factors combined together have allowed the Glera grape variety a wine production recognized all over the world.

&' inside the precious rock and in the land of Prosecco, the Bisol Winery is a treasure that perfectly preserves some of the historic Bisol bottles, the most prestigious produced over the centuries. In fact, in all periods of &' year, the temperature remains between 10 and 15 degrees centigrade.
The family winery looks exactly the same way it was built, keeping every original detail from the beginning. For this reason, this place evokes engaging emotions and intense sensations to anyone who visits
it.
