The Fattoria Lepini was established in the province of Latina in 1959, following a family tradition; in fact, the company is the result of the work of generations of landowners. The bond with the land has always been very strong, and from this arises the deep desire to enhance it. For three generations, Fattoria Lepini has been located north of the Monti Lepini, between Artena and Rocca Massima, in the gentle unspoiled valleys of Lazio.
The farm covers hundreds of hectares of land, 40 of which are owned by them, from which they obtain the best products.

The land surrounding the barn is used as pasture, directly accessible to the animals, ensuring their nutritional needs are respected.
This is precisely the goal of the family-run farm: to offer healthy and genuine products like those of the past, rediscovering ancient flavors made with top-quality, freshly milked milk.

The company also boasts a breeding of "Limousine" cattle, sheep, chickens, geese, ducks, and pigs, all raised exclusively on land. From this breeding, a production of meats and cold cuts with a unique and genuine flavor is obtained. The origin of the meat is safe and guaranteed because each animal is followed and cared for personally with great attention.

From the sheep, cheeses, both fresh and aged, of the highest quality and nutritional properties are also obtained.
The quality of the milk, and therefore of the cheese, depends on the animals’ diet, their milking, and overall welfare: healthy sheep, accustomed to moving and grazing freely, not stressed, produce milk that gives rise to unforgettable cheeses. 
Where aging of the cheeses is foreseen, it takes place in a natural cave or in a cold storage room: each of these environments is characterized by temperatures and humidity related to the type of cheese.
