1. Restoration of biodiversity: 5 hectares dedicated to promoting the natural habitat for wildlife and pollinator insects.
2. Energy sustainability: a 100 kW photovoltaic park covers the entire energy needs in a green and sustainable way.
3. We use ancient grain "Senatore Cappelli": we use this grain which, thanks to its deep roots, explores the deepest layers of the soil without needing additional water inputs.
4. Efficient use of water: we use a closed cycle for cold groundwater during processing, saving electricity and avoiding water waste.
5. Reusable packaging: primarily made of paper, perfect for storing bulk fruits and vegetables in refrigerators.
