The porcini mushroom cream by Tartufi Bianconi is suitable for canapés, first courses, omelettes, and as an accompaniment to meats. It can be used plain or diluted with cream or mayonnaise.
The porcini cream is excellent for sautéing with short pasta such as penne rigate, macaroni, and ziti.
Additionally, it is used in the fillings of ravioli and fresh pasta paired with ground and cooked veal.
Great for crostini and dry baked products. If you love polenta, a spoonful in the center of the sauté is excellent; it melts and infuses the dish with its aroma and fragrance.
It pairs very well with fresh and acidic red wines. Valpolicella Classico DOC, Bardolino DOC, Sangiovese DOC, or Morellino di Scansano DOC.
