Acetaia VETUS is located in the Modenese and Nonantola countryside, not far from the famous Romanesque Abbey.
It is a family-run agricultural company that has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for over 30 years using traditional methods and with full respect for nature.
The artisanal dimension of the Company allows for direct and constant attention to the product: from the vineyard, to the processing in the Acetaia, up to bottling, all phases are followed with passion and the satisfaction of doing things well.
