This is bronze-drawn pasta that holds up very well during cooking and is dried at low temperature for a longer period of time.
Temporin is an established reality in the production of fresh pasta located in Verona. It comes from the tradition of Valeggio sul Mincio and is therefore strongly linked to the tortellino of Valeggio. A typical Veronese product that in this area has been named Nodo d'Amore. The Temporin family has specialized in the production of stuffed fresh pasta and today has a highly appreciated international market. Only selected durum wheat from the regions of Puglia and Marche is used for dried pasta, along with selected and certified Italian raw materials. Many solutions are available, including some creative digressions for more demanding customers.
Ideal pasta for rich meat sauces or for fish preparations like spaghetti with shellfish or vongole alla veneziana. We also recommend it with chunky vegetables alla norma, typically Sicilian, or with tomato and sea urchins.
