The sparkling tradition of the company boasts many years of experience, and in this Brut, we find the essence of the Turbiana grape harvested a little early to ensure maximum freshness. The aging period of the bottles is at least 36 months. To this, 3 months of "marriage" with the liqueur d'expedition should be added.

Lugana DOP Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine: use in the kitchen

It has a beautiful clarity of aromas with a pleasant soft component of slightly brioche-like fresh bread crust. The bubbles are very elegant and well integrated into the wine's body, imparting a nice creamy sensation on the palate. Fruity with slightly exotic and citrus notes. A typical seductive finish with good breadth and persistence.

Alcohol. 12.5% Vol.
Pairing. Excellent wine for aperitifs and pairing with raw fish. Particularly pleasant with shellfish and small crustaceans. It pairs very well with first courses of fish, especially those with a slightly acidic tendency like classic spaghetti with tomato sauce, especially if they come from Puglia or Campania, such as the Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP or the Pomodorino Fiaschetto di Torre Guaceto.
