The Valpolicella Classico DOC is a simple yet strongly interpretative product of the most sincere soul of the classic Valpolicella. It is produced with 60% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella, and 10% Molinara from the vineyards La Fontana, Lenguin, La Roverina, I Comunai. From an altitude varying between approximately 120 - 350 m above sea level.
Vinification in steel for a wine with a strong aroma of black cherry and spicy notes. A beautiful taste and olfactory balance with a clear freshness and sapidity.
Alcohol. 12.5% Vol.
Pairing. In the pure tradition of Valpolicella winemakers, this is the classic wine to pair with the cured meats of the Verona and Veneto traditions such as soppressa or salami. We also pair it with flavorful and simple first courses. With cheeses like Asiago, Montasio, Monte Veronese DOP. Pleasant also with the classic meat tortellini typical of this region.
