Whole Natural Cooked Ham

The Natural Cooked Ham by Motta Ottavio is a product selected by the Roncolato family of La Casara.

This ham is obtained from carefully selected pig legs, deboned and trimmed on three sides; the leg is salted through brine injection, tenderized, gently churned, pressed by highly qualified personnel, steamed in molds, cooled, vacuum-packed under controlled conditions, pasteurized, and then cooled again.

Whole Natural Cooked Ham: use in the kitchen

Its aroma is particularly intense and sweetly spicy. Its consistency is delicately elastic with very limited veins.

It is an excellent ham to slice to better appreciate all its flavor and aroma. Perfect rolled onto breadsticks, in cubes in salads, or seared in a pan for pasta dishes with tomato.

Additionally, it is nice for filling crepes or ravioli. It pairs well with delicate and slightly aromatic white wines.

Great with Piedmontese Arneis and Campanian Fiano.
