The Natural Cooked Ham from Motta Ottavio is a product selected by the Roncolato family of La Casara for its history and quality, making it one of the best in the Italian landscape.
This ham is obtained from carefully selected pig legs, trimmed of the shank and deboned on three sides; the leg is salted by means of brine injection, tenderized, gently kneaded, pressed by highly qualified personnel, steamed in a mold, cooled, vacuum-packed under controlled conditions, pasteurized, and cooled again.

Additionally, it is delightful for stuffing crepes or ravioli.
Its scent is particularly intense and sweetly spicy. Its texture is delicately elastic with very limited veining.
It pairs well with delicate and slightly aromatic white wines. Excellent with Piedmontese Arneis and Campanian Fiano.
