The Rosso di Langa has a delicate flavor of cream and freshly melted butter. Creamy with a very high propensity for natural melting on the palate.
Pleasant in the finish with dried fruits, cashews, and hazelnut. Cheese for filling ravioli, for pasta with melted cheese, to be melted over warm, soft polenta.
The pairing with chestnut honey and wildflower honey or with fig and apricot jams is perfect.
It pairs well with sparkling wines like Valdbbiadene Prosecco or light white wines like Pinot Grigio, Arneis, Custoza.
